The yoni eggs sold at GODDESS TEMPLE is drilled with a small hole through the thin end of the egg, and that is how we recommend you buy the egg. Medium is a perfect size for beginners and experienced. For beginners, you can tie a string on, which allows you to quickly and easily remove the egg. When you become a more Badass Vagina Queen, then you can just put two fingers in and remove the egg or sit in a deep squat and “birth” the egg out. You can use the string to do more advanced egg exercises, where you pull in the string to provide resistance to the egg when it is inside the vagina, so that your pelvic floor muscles have to be activated to hold the egg in place. This way of using the yoni egg increases your pelvic floor strength and pleasure spots.

We recommend starting with a medium, because it is a perfect size that can be used for both beginners and advanced practitioner throughout life.

However, if you have had two or more vaginal births, then it may be a good idea to start with a large-sized yoni egg, as it will be easier for the muscles to feel and hold on to.

If you have an overactive pelvic floor, vulvadynia, vaginismus or have a petit vagina, then we recommend using a small size as it will be easier to insert and remove. But feel into your vagina and do not push or force in something, that don’t want to come in.
